Only people over the age of 21 have the right to use the website.

Each player is allowed to have only 1 account.

Only people who have internet access from the Greek territory preserve the right to participate in the site.

You preserve the right to close your account at any time. If a refundable balance arises, it will be settled in a confirmed account/IBAN after deducting bank charges and any profits in accordance with the legislative framework.

We can suspend the operation of an account if there are suspicions that the player has acquired profits illegally or has violated the law or the conditions associated with the online account.

OPAP S.A. shall turn the Online Player Account into “Inactive” state in case of constant absence of Participation for a period of twelve (12) months.

Since an Online Player Account turns into “Inactive” status, a monthly maintenance fee of 5€ is imposed, that will be deducted from your account, if there is a credit balance.

After the turning of the Online Account into the “Inactive” state, the Player may:
α) Log in to his/her account and ask for the re-activation of his/her Online Account by submitting an entry.  
b) Proceed to a withdrawal request, provided there is a credit balance, 
c) Ask for the closure of the Online Account.
In case a period of twelve (12) months lapses as of the turning of the Online Account into the “Inactive” state, during which the Online Account has not been activated, or even though it had been activated, there had been no Entries, OPAP S.A. shall close the Online Account and terminate the contractual relationship. The player won’t be able to re-activate his/her account until 12 more months have elapsed.
