Time Limits
Time limits are valid at your online account level and are common for all OPAP Online games. You can set daily(mandatory), weekly and monthly time limits for participation. For the time limits, the time between your login and logout from your account, is considered. You will be automatically logged out from your account once 100% of your time limits have been exceeded. You will not be able to log in to your account until the respective time limit has been lifted. Deposit Limits
The deposit limits apply to your OPAP Online wallet. You can set daily(mandatory), weekly and monthly deposit limits. By reaching 100% of a deposit limit, you will no longer be able to deposit money into your OPAP Online wallet until the restriction is lifted. Your limits are reset to the settings you have applied according to the below definitions: • A "Day" is defined from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 of the same day • A "Week" is defined from Sunday 00:00:00 to Saturday 23:59:59 • A "Month" from the 1st day, at 00:00:00, until the last day of the month at 23:59:59 Set limits
Loss Limits
Your loss limits are applied on each OPAP Online game separately. Maximum loss limits are defined as net losses i.e. the deposited amount that the user can lose, and any winnings are not included therein. You can set daily(mandatory), weekly and monthly loss limits. By reaching 100% of a loss limit, you will no longer be able to play the specific game until the restriction is lifted. Day-stop
Select temporary abstention for 24 hours, if you want to take a break from your game. The temporary abstention lasts for 24 hours. In the event that you choose to temporarily abstain from playing, your account will enter into a "Blocked" state and will remain in that state for the period of temporary exclusion. Your electronic account will be reactivated automatically after the end of the twenty-four hours, for which the temporary abstention lasts. To activate the temporary abstention, visit the Responsible Gaming / Self-Exclusion section in your account and select the "1 Day" period. Player self – exclusion
If you feel that you cannot control your game, consider voluntary self-exclusion, either temporary or indefinite. In case you request indefinite self-exclusion, your electronic account will enter into a "Closed" status and your contractual relationship will be terminated. Your account can be reactivated only upon your request, after at least one (1) year has passed since the block and after you re-accept the accession agreement and the necessary procedures for opening your electronic account have been completed again. The temporary exclusion is defined by you and is valid for a period of at least 1 month. In case you request your temporary block, your account will be in "Blocked" status for the period of temporary block. The limits are set per day, week or month.
The “day” is set from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 of the same day;
the “week” is set from Sunday, at 00:00:00, to Saturday, at 23:59:59; and
the “month” is set from the 1st calendar day, at 00:00:00, until the last calendar day of the month, at 23:59:59.
If you wish to reduce your limits, such reduction shall apply immediately. If you wish to increase your limits, for such increase it is required that the time period for which the limit was set has lapsed.
A) Example: The user sets on Tuesday a weekly deposit limit of €50. The user changes such limit to €30/week. Such change enters into effect immediately.
B) Example: If the user changes his/her weekly deposit limit to €55, such change will enter into force as of Sunday, at 00:00:01. (Calculation of a week: Sunday to Saturday according to definitions).
You will receive a notification and an email when you reach the 80% of any of the Responsible Gaming limits.
When the user reaches the 100% of his/her time limit, he/she logs out of his/her account and cannot log in until the restoration of such limit takes place.
When trying to log in until the restoration, the user is being relatively informed.
When the user reaches the 100% of his/her loss or deposit limit, he/she cannot participate in the respective game, the limit of which has been reached, or deposit more money in opaponline.gr wallet.
The session may not exceed 24 consecutive hours. OPAP S.A. has the right to restrict gaming activity (entries, attribution of winnings) and/or the transactions (deposits/ withdrawals), in the framework of implementation of the Responsible Gaming principles, provided that from the details it possesses, it derives that the player presents a problematic playing behavior.
