TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN LOYALTY PROGRAM OF OPAPONLINE “MyREWARDS” FOR GAMES OF CHANCE THROUGH WEBSITE www.opaponline.gr AND THROUGH THE APPLICATION OPAPONLINE APP FOR MOBILE PHONES

1. OPAP S.A. implements a loyalty program through opaponline.gr and through the application Opaponline App for mobile phones (hereinafter the “Program”), providing rewards, gifts and special benefits to the players-users of opaponline.gr and Opaponline App. Rewarding is performed according to criteria that are linked to the gaming behavior of registered players, and are applied in a uniform manner, observing the principle of equal treatment, and, in any case, rewards are not awarded to particular players for the same condition, in terms different from those based on which rewards are awarded to other players.

2. The Program shall last until it is revoked by OPAP S.A., in accordance with the provisions of the present terms.

3. The Program exclusively addresses players over 21 years of age, with an active Online Player Account in opaponline.gr, who have successfully completed the registration and account verification process, and have explicitly consented to the receipt of rewards or offers and other commercial communications, as well as to the processing of their gaming behavior in opaponline.gr and in Opapοnline App.

4. With their participation in the Program, registered players win rewards, monetary or non-monetary, which appear on the digital reward page “MyREWARDS”. Rewards and prizes are for personal use of the holder of the Online Account from which the participation in the reward actions has been performed, and in which they have been credited and appear, and their transfer to the account of a third party shall not be permitted. Rewards shall have the duration which is set out in each action. The beneficiary may make use of the gifts and special benefits of the reward, according to the conditions for redeeming and within the deadline that shall be mentioned in the specific terms of the corresponding action, that shall be posted on website opaponline.gr and on the application Opaponline App for mobile phones in a section visible only to registered users.

5. Rewards are provided based on reward levels. The number of reward points or other type of rewards (i.e. coins, hereinafter “Gems”) required for each reward level, as well as benefits of each level or reward category may differ. The ways to earn points and rewards, their categorization and their duration, the ways of redeeming and the prizes that correspond to each level are described in detail below.

6. Ways to Earn Points and Coins (Gems):

Points and Gems are earned indicatively in the following ways:

1. 1. Through the Player's gaming activity and ticket submission of games of chance available in opaponline.gr and in Opaponline App.

6.2 Through participation in promotional actions, free games (F2P games), participation in draw contests/ tournaments organized by OPAP S.A., for which submission is not required, provided that in the terms of each recurrent offer the attribution of points or gems is determined.

For the implementation of the above actions, Players shall be notified by any suitable means through the personal digital reward page, which appears when they log in their account and select MyREWARDS section.

7. Counting of reward points and exceptions from the collection of points and coins
   1. Without prejudice to the exceptions, the points shall be counted as follows:

€1 = 10 points

1. 1. 2. For Tzoker, Lotto and PROTO games of chance

€1 = 20 points

1. 2. Exceptions:

Entries/ tickets submitted with freebets (free tickets), bonus money or other promotional actions shall not be counted in the earning of reward points, as such are described in parts 6.2 through 6.5, unless it is set out otherwise in the terms of participation of the corresponding activity. This information shall appear on the digital Reward section “MyREWARDS”.

Additionally, in cases of ticket submission with participation in individual game types of KINO and Super 3 games of chance, the Player in each draw may receive reward points which correspond to 70% of the value of their bet per draw.

Indicative example:

The Player bets 10€ in total in Odds, Evens or Tie in the same KINO draw and receives points that correspond to a ticket of a 7€ value.

8. Reward Levels

1. 1. Reward levels are determined by the reward points that each Player has collected in their account according to the aforementioned and are presented in the following table:

1. 2. Points from gaming activity are turned into Gems. From level 2 and above a percentage increase is applied in the Gems that each Player, who is registered in the Program, receives for every €1, as presented in the following table:

Examples:

1. A Player that based on points is on the first level “Blue” with 200 reward points and 80 available Gems submits a ticket of a 3€ value to TZOKER. The Player:

• Shall receive 60 additional points and have 260 reward points in total, remaining on the first level.
• Shall receive 600 additional Gems and shall now have 680 Gems for redeeming in MyREWARDS Shop of their personal page.

2. A Player that based on points is on the third level “Silver” with 2200 points and 5000 available Gems submits a ticket of a 10€ value to KINO. The Player:
   • Shall receive 100 additional points and have 2300 reward points in total, remaining on the third level.
   • Shall receive 1200 additional Gems (with a 20% increase for every €1 in the Sliver level) and shall now have 6200 Gems for redeeming in MyREWARDS Shop of their personal page.

1. 3. The transfer or exchange of points, Gems and other rewards from one account to another may not be possible.

9. Redeeming of Coins and Reward Gifts

1. 1. For each reward level, different gift categories are offered. Gifts are earned upon redeeming Gems, as follows:
      1. as Gifts of monetary value to use in opaponline.gr or in Opaponline App (i.e. coupons-vouchers, free tickets- freebets, discount on future submissions, non-withdrawable monetary amounts which are credited to the Online Player Account, etc);
      2. as non-monetary rewards (high value gifts, sponsorship gifts of OPAP S.A., gift vouchers, technology gifts, experience gifts etc.), depending on the benefits included in each reward level. In each offer, Terms and Conditions shall apply.

1. 2. It is explicitly specified that after the successful redeeming for receiving rewards, the Gems shall be removed.  Additionally, it is explicitly specified that the monetary value of points or other type of rewards collected by the Player, may not be withdrawn from the account.

1. 3. Gifts are announced in the Program's eventual offers, as they are posted on Opaponline Shop digital section, in the personal reward page of each Player. Information on the gifts and the way to receive them may also be provided through personalized communication in the communication channels that the Player has selected, either upon their registration to the Program or at a later time through Profile Settings/ Communication Settings of their online account.

1. 4. The offered gifts shall be distributed depending on the benefits included in each reward level, indicatively according to the table below:

• 5. The criteria regarding the offer of benefits and gifts per level are determined by OPAP S.A. at its absolute discretion, taking the following indicative criteria (individually or jointly) into account:   
• The total number of visits that have been made to opaponline.gr and to Opaponline App within a specific time period;
• the value of the tickets that have been submitted by the Player in a specific timer period; and/or
• the number of columns of the ticket that have been submitted by the Player;
• the number of areas of the ticket that have been submitted by the Player;
• The number of consecutive draws of the ticket as well as the standard system of the ticket that have been submitted by the Player;
• each Player’s total participation time within a specific time period.

10. Points and Gems duration:

Points: The reward level is calculated based on the points that have been collected in a period of 12 months as of their earning by the Player. At the end of each month the level, to which each Player belongs, is readjusted.

Gems: Gems may be redeemed within twelve (12) months as of their earning. At the end of each calendar month they are recalculated, resulting in the removal of Gems that have not been redeemed within the twelve-month time period.

11. Registered players shall be rewarded and may make use of the special benefits and receive the reward gifts, only provided that they have fully accepted and fully comply with the terms of the Accession Agreement and the legislation in force.

12. If for any reason, members wish to be excepted from the Program, they may file a relevant request through the call center at 2105798280 or 18280 or 8001004448 or through website opaponline.gr and the application Opaponline App, by selecting the relevant field for discontinuance of rewards and commercial communications. In case of such exception, the member shall no longer have the ability to collect reward points or other type of rewards (i.e. coins, stars), as well as the ability to participate in promotional actions that concern the Program.

13. In case that for any reason the player wishes to re-register in the Program, the aforementioned provisions regarding a player's registration in the Program apply.

14. Program benefits are personal and exclusively destined for use by the person mentioned in the points account and, therefore they may not be transferred to an account of a third party.

15. OPAP S.A. may, at any time and at its absolute discretion, exclude players from participating in the Program, given that such exclusion is justified by the entirety of the circumstances (indicatively: violation of the terms of the agreement of accession; if it is speculated that there is a case of behavior falling under the provisions of the legislation on money laundering and financing of terrorism; violation of provisions of the applicable legislation on the market of games of chance, etc.).

16. OPAP S.A. may, at its absolute discretion, cancel a player’s participation or remove reward points or other rewards or value of rewards that has derived from their redeeming, in the loyalty program in case of doubt or of dispute regarding the validity of the said participation.

17. OPAP S.A. shall not be held liable for any damage a player may suffer due to a reason that does not fall under the responsibility of OPAP S.A., and that is linked to the player's participation in the Program, as indicatively in cases of omission of use of any special benefit, or of non-receipt of a gift, or of non-compliance of the player with the participation terms and/or the terms of use of the reward, etc.

18. OPAP group employees, owners and managers of OPAP Agencies are prohibited from participating in OPAP games of chance provided through the Internet, and therefore they shall not participate in the Program.

19. OPAP S.A. may at any time and at its absolute discretion, amend the present terms and/or the terms of the recurrent offers and/or cancel the Program and/or a part or the entirety of the individual rewards included in the reward Program, and shall not be held liable for any damage that may arise as a result of the aforementioned. In any case, participants in the Program shall be notified in time through website www.opaponline.gr and the application Opaponline App and through personalized communication.

20. The Terms of use of opaponline.gr, the OpapOnline App and the terms of the recurrent offers of Opaponline Shop shall apply.  

21. The present terms are governed by the Greek law. On any dispute that may arise due to their implementation, the Courts of Athens shall be the competent ones.
