WELCOME CONTEST “OPAPONLINE.GR”

1. Subject and Duration of the Promotional Activity

1. The company under the name "Organization of Football Prognostics (OPAP) S.A." headquartered in Athens, 112 Athinon Avenue, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”, organizes a promotional activity under the name "Opaponline.gr Welcome Contest" (hereinafter also referred to as "the Promotional Activity" or "the Contest" or "the Program").

2. The Promotional Activity begins on Monday, 23^rd December 2024 at 00:01, and ends on Sunday 12^th January 2025 at 23:59. The Organizer reserves the right to limit or extend the duration, by amending these terms. Any such amendment of the terms will automatically take effect upon their publication on the website opaponline.opap.gr.
    
3. The Promotional Activity will take the form of a lottery draw, which will take place at the offices of OPAP S.A., 112 Athinon Avenue, on Tuesday 14^th January 2025 at 16:00. From this draw, one (1) winner and five (5) runners-up will be selected. The result of the draw is final and irrevocable.

4. The prize of the Promotional Activity, hereinafter "the Prize," will be a cash amount of ten thousand euros (€10,000) (hereinafter "the Cash Prize" or "the Prize"), which will be awarded to a single winner, before taxes. Within this context, one (1) winner and five (5) runners-up will be selected. The Cash Prize is subject to legal withholding in accordance with the applicable tax laws.

2. Conditions of Participation

1. The Promotional Activity is exclusively valid for new users of opaponline.gr, aged 21 and over, who:

• Will have registered via opaponline.opap.gr or via the Opaponline App from 23^rd December 2024 at 00:01 until Sunday 12^th January 2025 at 23:59,
• Will have completed the account verification by Sunday 12^th January 2025 at 23:59 (verification here).

2. Each new user is entitled to one (1) free entry once they complete all necessary steps without the need to deposit, withdraw or be involved in any of the Opaponline.gr games.

3. For the registration process, the following information will be required:

• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Residential Address
• ID card or passport number
• Mobile phone number
• Valid email address

Upon entering the details above, the new user will receive an email with their personal account activation link.

4. Participation in the Promotional Activity requires internet access with participants' own technical means. The OPAP company assumes no obligation regarding the provision, facilitation of internet access, or any assistance to any interested party. Access to the promotional website is only permitted under the terms of the relevant server and the technical and other conditions and specifications. Furthermore, the Organizer is not responsible for any charges incurred by participants-users during the download of the application or for any inability to access or download the application for any reason. Participants unreservedly accept the participation terms posted on the website www.opaponline.opap.gr and consequently waive any related claims against OPAP S.A. for the above reason.
    
5. In the event of a translation of the terms into English, the Greek version prevails.

3. Right to Participate

1. The right to participate in the Promotional Activity is exclusively and only for any natural person over 21 years old who permanently and legally resides in Greece and has followed the steps described in section 2a). Excluded from the Promotional Activity are:
   • Employees of the Organizer, Partners, and their subsidiaries or affiliated companies,
   • Spouses and first (a’) and second (b’) degree relatives of all the above persons.

2. Participation in the Contest implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participants can withdraw from the Promotional Activity by calling the company's customer service at 18280 (Mon – Fri 09:00 – 01:00) within 48 hours from the account verification and in case of holidays on the next business day.

3. The Organizer may exclude from the Promotional Activity, at any stage of its conduct, individuals who have used (or attempted to use) unfair means regarding their participation or violated any term of the present document. Unfair means include, but are not limited to, collaboration with other individuals, the use of devices, arrangements, computers, and/or software to facilitate automated or multiple entries without human intervention, behavior that falls under the provisions of legislation on money laundering and terrorist financing, violation of the provisions of current legislation on the gambling market, etc.

4. Notification of Winners and Awarding of Prize

1. The winner will be notified within four (4) business days from the day of the draw, either by phone or via email, based on the contact information provided during registration. If the winner cannot be found or does not respond after three (3) attempts by the Organizer or does not accept the Prize within 24 hours of successful contact, they forfeit the right to the Prize, and the first runner-up will be contacted in the same manner as described above. If the first runner-up cannot be found or does not respond after three (3) attempts at contact or does not accept the Prize within 24 hours of successful contact, they forfeit the right to the Prize, and the second runner-up will be contacted, and so on.
    
2. The winner must sign a Prize acceptance declaration; otherwise, the awarding of the Prize will be canceled.
    
3. The winners of the Contest do not have the right to designate a substitute person for the acceptance/receipt of the Prize, nor to request its exchange for other substitute items.
    
4. The prize is awarded to the winner via opaponline Wallet credit. The winner has the ability to withdraw the prize without re-wearing the amount in betting / game.
5. The prize is awarded to the winner after deducting any applicable taxes and other legal withholdings.

5. Public Announcement of Winners

1. The Organizer reserves the right to announce the winners' details on any of its channels (internet, mobile applications, third-party websites, Social Media, YouTube, etc.), as well as on the internet, television, or cinema for as long and wherever deemed necessary by the Organizer, via a Press Release in the Media or social media (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube), provided that the provisions on personal data are observed as outlined below.
    
2. The winner must immediately declare any objection to the publication of their details during their communication with the Organizer. The publication of the winner's details is deemed necessary by the Organizer for transparency purposes and is stipulated in the terms of each Contest, thus based on the legitimate interest of the Organizer to ensure the contest's reliability. In any case, the winner is entitled to declare that they do not wish their details to be published, but in this case, the Organizer may not award the prizes.
    
3. Additionally, the winner will be required to show identification to verify their identity when collecting the Prize. Any photo taken during the Prize collection will only occur if the winner provides explicit written consent.
    

6. Personal Data

1. The Organizer, as Data Controller, will maintain participants' details in a database, using automated or non-automated means, for the purpose of conducting the Contest.
    
2. Interested parties can obtain information about the Organizer's policy on personal data protection in Appendix of these terms and at the website (read them here).
    
3. Support Provision: For any request related to participation in the Promotional Activity, users can contact the Organizer using the following contact details: Reference to "Opaponline.gr Welcome Contest" by calling the OPAP Call Center at 18280.
    
4. Withdrawal of Announcement - Amendment of Terms – Liability: The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw this Promotional Activity at any time at its sole discretion, in whole or in part, or to modify these terms (including, but not limited to, the duration of the Contest). The Organizer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, expenses, and costs that may arise from any interruption, malfunction, or delay, or any other reason related to participation in the Promotional Activity. The Organizer also bears no liability, criminal or civil, to any Participant or third party, for any accident or damage, bodily or material, directly or indirectly related to their participation this Promotional Activity or any other cause.
    
5. Trademarks - Intellectual Property: Participants do not have, nor do they acquire, any rights to the trademarks, names, signs, emblems, and other distinctive features of the Organizer.
    
6. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction: These terms and all kinds of contractual and non-contractual relations arising from their application are governed by Greek law for all Participants. Any dispute relating this Promotional Activity that may arise in the future is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, even for non-permanent residents of Greece.

• The Participant declares that they have fully understood all the Detailed Terms of the Program, which they accept unconditionally in their entirety.
• The Participant declares that they have no claim, existing and/or future, against the Organizer and the Companies and their officers, employees, and assistants concerning this Promotional Activity, the application of the terms, the publication process & use of photos, their selection, provided they have declared that they wish their details to be published, or any other cause directly or indirectly related to this Promotional Activity.
   

7. Publicity: These terms will be posted throughout the duration of this Promotional Activity on the pages maintained by the Organizer on the opaponline.opap.gr website & the Opaponline App.
    
8. Along with all the above, the Terms and Conditions of opaponline.gr also apply (read them here).

APPENDIX

1. Personal Data Protection Information in the context of the Opaponline.gr Welcome Contest

Respect for privacy and the protection of the personal data of the Contest Winners is of particular importance to OPAP Group companies. OPAP S.A., (hereinafter "Organizer"), as Data Controller, processes the personal data provided voluntarily by the winners of the Contest, in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as well as the applicable Greek legislation on personal data protection (Law 4624/2019).

2. Data Collected and Processed

The Organizer collects the full name/username of the Online account, date of birth, residential address, ID card or Passport, mobile phone number, and valid email of participants if required by the nature of the contest. Additionally, photos or other audiovisual material may be collected from the awarding of Prizes or the participation of winners in OPAP events.

3. Purposes and Basis of Processing

The collection and processing of the winners' personal data is carried out by the Organizer's authorized employees. This data is provided for the purpose of conducting and promoting the Contest, including notifying the winners and awarding their Prize.

4. Recipients
   The processing of winners' personal data is carried out by the Organizer's authorized employees. The personal data of the winners may be transferred, if necessary, to the authorized employees of the cooperating Advertising Company, if provided in the Contest terms.
    
5. Retention Period
   Participants' personal data will be retained by OPAP for the duration of the Contest and, in the case of winners, for the time required to deliver the prize and, in any case, for a period not exceeding two (2) years after the Participant's registration, unless deletion is requested earlier or if required for compliance with a legal obligation or pursuit of OPAP's legitimate interest.
    
6. Contest Participants' Rights
   Participants have the right to access, i.e., to be informed, upon request, whether their personal data are being processed and to receive further information regarding the processing. They also have the right to request the correction of any inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete data, and if the conditions of the Law are met, to exercise the right to deletion, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing. Participants are entitled to exercise their rights by sending a request to OPAP Group's Data Protection Officer, as detailed below.
